Excellent job
Overall, I felt the team did an excellent job in coordinating our move to Japan. Both the US and Japan crews were timely, friendly and worked efficiently. We had tow items that were damaged, but I would consider that reasonable considering the volume as distance shipped.

Our team lead in Chicago was fantastic, unfortunately, his name's not coming to my mind at the moment.

Everyone we interacted with was absolutely great. Sallie Pikrone-Wilson and Iris Karsten in particular made the move very easy. The packing and unpacking teams were all extremely professional and made the process as simple as could be.

Overall, good experience. Recognize that Nigeria is particularly difficult when it comes to customs, logistics, and delivery but seems to manage process relatively well. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Some minimal damage, but nothing missing. Thank You.

Moving to China was definitely a challenge but the staff in Chicago and the office girls in China were very, polite and helpful, I am very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. Please thank them from me!!!

This was our first international move and had heard about all the potential problems during my research.
