My Move
Dear Matt and Sallie, It has been a month now that I have received all my stuff from Chicago and I am still opening boxes - primarily because the house here in Corsica is still under construction and I am needing to be inventive in where I can put things away!! But having gone through more than half of the 160 boxes I wanted to finally write a note on how wonderful my experience has been in working with you and your group. Since the first meeting with you Matt, my move has exceeded my expectations in service and care. Sallie has been a gem in the whole follow through, and moving, as you well know, is a very stressful moment even more so internationally! Your team has been extremely professional. Sam and his crew, Cesar, Jaime, Arnulfo and Roberto wrapped my belongings as if they were their own, they were a pleasure to work with and gave me confidence that everything would arrive safely back to me :-) Thank you for being true to your word - which is rare in this day and age and in this business, thank you for being THE BEST!!! I just want you to know how much I appreciate the excellence team that pack ed and loaded our furniture for trucking room Northbrook to Boulder. All three men, and particularly the leader, were smart, efficient and most of all, very pleasant, respectful and kind to this 91 year old widow. They went above and beyond requirements in all their efforts and I am very grateful.

I cannot tell you what a beautiful, efficient and seamless move experience I had with PK. The packing and moving teams were right on time (as was the 3rd party MSS team), tidy, quick yet careful, and jovial. I truly could not have had a more perfect experience! A wonderful group of gentlemen on both days; each and everyone sensitive to my needs and goals. And you had set the bar high with your professionalism! I can't thank you enough for your patience, your return visits (including with Lenny), the integrity and back-up of your estimated pricing, and your prompt follow-up to my many emails. From the packers, the moving crew and I packers, everything was performed professionally and everything took place without a hitch. Each individual was responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions as process went along. They were more helpful than they needed to be. There was never an issue they couldn’t quickly solve. This is our third move with Pickens Kane and I wouldn’t move without them ever!!!!
